Everyone has somewhere to keep track of things. Mine is my planner, I keep all of my assingments in here, without it I would not get any homework done or anything turned in on time. I enjoy knowing that just in case the teacher doesn't post something on dashboard, I have it written down in my planner. Every Monday I set goals in each class for the week. Such as, get a 95% or higher on the math quiz. I also plan ahead for tests, quizes, and projects. If I have a math test on Wednesday. In my planner I will write STUDY down for Monday and Tuesday so I am prepared for Wednesday. If I have a legnthy project, I will write down dates that I should be done with different parts of the project. That way when the due date rolls around, I have everything done. This is one of my favorite school traits I have, I would be nowhere without it.

This evidence is very imoportant to my portfoloio. This was an assingment in BIT class, and I enjoed it very much. The assingment was to make an animated power point using a children's poem. I chose bubble bath. It is about the process of one bath time in this child's day. On every slid, I had bubbles floating or swelling. The difficult part of the process was being able to get all teh animations to fit together. The bubbles really worked for me because it made the story have a theme as I transistioned through slides. If I were to do this project again, I would probably make the animations clearer, and take more time in the process. I think to take my work to the next step, I would have to put more effort into the time aspect of the project.

This evidence is crucial to my portfolio. The assingment given was to creat a power point explaining all of your likes and dislikes. Then, at the end of the nine weeks we were to give a speech about the power point. Throughout the course of making the project, we were learning new tools to make our presentations even better. The difficult part of this was making every slide look good with all the words and pictures. If I were to do something like this again, I would not blow the pictures up to be teh size of the screen. I would put them around the words. Also, I would have tried presenting with no words at all.

Collaboration and Community

Citing sources is one of the many skills middle schoolers must posses. I think that this Works Cited of mine is very good evidence of Research and Assement tools. This is my works cited after I completed a unit project. I used many sources, and I had to cite them all. I believe that a good researcher always needs to cite sources. Sometimes it is difficult to find the author on a website, but if I searched long enough, I eventually found it.
